Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in the Philippines seeks a Business Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide continuous improvement within the Global Business Services team. Leads Lean, Kaizen, and process redesign to deliver efficiency, cost, quality, and customer experience benefits.

You will partner with process owners, SMEs, solution architects, and digital teams to design future-state workflows and governance, coach others in Lean thinking, and ensure sustained benefits in a flexible hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field (required)
• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or MBA/Management (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation initiatives across multiple functions from problem definition through implementation and sustainment.
• Plan and facilitate Kaizen events and rapid improvement workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, and process optimization techniques to eliminate waste and improve flow.
• Conduct deep-dive process diagnostics such as value stream mapping and time studies.
• Partner with process owners and SMEs to design future-state workflows and digital enablers.
• Develop transformation charters, standard work, and benefit-realization reports.
• Coach associates and managers on Lean thinking and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, data privacy, and operational excellence standards.
