Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Digital Services and Transformation Manager to lead process improvement, drive digital innovation, and execute transformation strategies across the organization. You will align business goals with process improvements and digital solutions, working with cross-functional teams in a healthcare BPO context.

The role requires 5–10+ years of transformation experience, Six Sigma Black Belt, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
• 5–10+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Transformation, or Digital Operations.
• Experience in Healthcare BPO is highly preferred.
• Project/Programme Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing digital tools and technologies to streamline workflows.
• Analyze current processes and apply Lean Six Sigma to recommend improvements.
• Develop and execute transformation roadmaps focused on automation, digitization, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to identify pain points and deliver effective solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and transformation outcomes to ensure targets are met.
• Champion a culture of operational excellence and change management.
• Report to senior leadership on project progress, impact, and digital strategies.
• Stay updated on emerging digital and automation trends in the BPO and healthcare sector.
