Job summary

Filinvest Development Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Change Management professional to design and support enterprise change frameworks and adoption strategies to strengthen transformation sustainability.

You will embed checkpoints, define readiness criteria, and ensure stakeholder plans align with governance milestones across transformation initiatives. This role emphasizes capability development, communication, and training coordination to build a network of transformation champions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in psychology, organizational development, business administration or related field.
Experience in change management, OD, training, or transformation support.
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Embed change management checkpoints within governance and process rollout frameworks.
Define adoption requirements and readiness criteria for new or revised processes.
Ensure stakeholder engagement plans align with governance milestones.
Integrate structured change plans into transformation project lifecycles.
Conduct stakeholder impact assessments for major initiatives.
Monitor post-implementation adoption and behavioural sustainability metrics.
Develop and maintain a structured change management methodology for the organization.
Design and implement enterprise capability-building programs related to transformation tools and practices.
Lead stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training coordination.
Track and report Change Agility Index and related adoption indicators.
Build and sustain a network of transformation champions across business units.
