Job summary

Prudential Services Asia in Manila is seeking a Change Management Expert to design and execute strategies helping organizations navigate transitions with minimal disruption. You will assess impacts on people, processes and systems, engage stakeholders, and craft communications, training, and coaching plans to enable faster adoption and sustainable outcomes.

The role also involves monitoring progress, reporting risks, and refining change strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Project Management Certification (ALMI or FLMI) preferred but not required.
• At least 5 years of experience combining project management, change management execution, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute Change Management strategies and plans with cross-functional teams.
• Identify stakeholders, manage buy-in, and track adoption and outcomes.
• Identify risks, monitor issues, and implement adaptive change plans.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and readiness checks prior to implementation.
