Job summary

Thakral One Inc. is seeking a prolific Change Manager in the Philippines to lead transformation initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. You will drive strategy, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities across large-scale programmes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years in change management or related fields, with experience in ERP/CRM deployments and cloud migration. Strong communication and planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organisational development, information technology, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in change management, organisational development, business transformation, or programme management.
• Experience supporting large scale business or technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise system implementations such as ERP, CRM, digital transformation, or cloud migration projects.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement practices.
• Experience developing change, communication, and adoption plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management strategies aligned with programme objectives.
• Assess organisational impacts and support adoption of new processes and systems.
• Identify change risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Build strong relationships with business and project stakeholders.
• Develop communication and engagement plans to support transformation initiatives.
• Drive alignment and readiness across impacted teams.
• Support change impact assessments and readiness activities.
• Coordinate training and awareness programmes.
• Monitor adoption and recommend improvement actions.
