• Enables transformation by diagnosing current state, identifying gaps, and translating needs into practical change interventions.
• Leads or supports change initiatives from technology implementation to organizational redesign.
• Assesses change readiness, workforce impact, and stakeholder alignment to embed new ways of working.
• Partners with leaders on design, roles, and capability needs to ensure alignment with strategy.
• Engages leaders to build sponsorship, accountability, and communication for change.
• Designs interventions for adoption and sustained behavior change.
• Communicates complex changes clearly to diverse audiences.
• Identifies risks and mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.
• Establishes measures to track readiness, adoption, and effectiveness for continuous improvement.
