Filinvest Hospitality Corporation seeks a senior change professional to design and support enterprise change frameworks that strengthen transformation sustainability. You will embed governance checkpoints, define adoption criteria, and ensure stakeholder engagement across initiatives.

Responsibilities include integrating change plans into project lifecycles, conducting impact assessments, and tracking adoption metrics while building a network of transformation champions across units.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in change management, Organizational Development, training, or transformation support.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Willingness to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Responsabilidades

• Embed change management checkpoints within governance and process rollout frameworks.
• Define adoption requirements and readiness criteria for new or revised processes.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement plans align with governance milestones.
• Integrate structured change plans into transformation project lifecycles.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments for major initiatives.
• Monitor post-implementation adoption and behavioural sustainability metrics.
• Develop and maintain a structured change management methodology for the organization.
• Design and implement enterprise capability-building programs related to transformation tools and practices.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training coordination.
• Track and report Change Agility Index and related adoption indicators.
• Build and sustain a network of transformation champions across business units.
