Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in change management and communications, project management.
• Experience delivering change impact assessments for finance transformation and ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Change Impact Assessments (CIA) for finance initiatives.
• Translate CIA outputs into practical adoption strategies and rollout plans.
• Develop targeted communications and training materials to support go-live and Hypercare.
• Establish CIA templates, dashboards and governance aligned with finance controls.
