Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a Change Enablement professional to partner with leadership, guide project teams, and own the change lifecycle from inception to operationalization. You will drive readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and training design while evolving playbooks.

Hybrid work with travel between Makati and QC offices is expected. You should bring 5+ years in change enablement, strong communication, and experience with Prosci ADKAR or Kotter methods within a global/financial

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Enablement or related transformation work.
• Experience in Organizational Change Management (people/adoption) — not IT change control.
• Experience applying structured change methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter).
• Strong understanding of PM lifecycle in waterfall and agile.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement change enablement strategy across projects.
• Guide and coach project teams on change enablement using structured methodologies.
• Own end-to-end change lifecycle from inception to operationalization.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments and translate insights into plans.
• Develop change enablement assessments and evolve strategies.
• Identify risk and manage stakeholder resistance.
• Cultivate relationships with project leads and executive sponsors.
• Design communication plans and training to build adoption.
• Embed change best practices into project plans and metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of playbooks and tools.
