Job summary

Filinvest Land, Inc. is seeking a Change Management Lead to design and support enterprise change frameworks and adoption strategies that strengthen transformation sustainability. You will embed change checkpoints in governance, define adoption readiness, and align stakeholder plans with milestones.

You will drive capability development, measure adoption analytics, and coordinate training across business units, building a network of transformation champions to sustain post-implementation success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in change management, Organizational Development, training, or transformation support.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Willingness to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Responsibilities

• Embed change management checkpoints within governance and process rollout frameworks.
• Define adoption requirements and readiness criteria for new or revised processes.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement plans align with governance milestones.
• Integrate structured change plans into transformation project lifecycles.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments for major initiatives.
• Monitor post-implementation adoption and behavioural sustainability metrics.
• Develop and maintain a structured change management methodology for the organization.
• Design and implement enterprise capability-building programs related to transformation tools and practices.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training coordination.
• Track and report Change Agility Index and related adoption indicators.
• Build and sustain a network of transformation champions across business units.
