Ubiquity is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead analysis, manage training projects, and coach staff across programs. You will coordinate with Program Managers, run train-the-trainer sessions, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of learning solutions.

Expect regular leadership updates and active involvement in evaluating training impact. The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and solid computer skills, with opportunities to grow within a people-first culture

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with a process-oriented approach.
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel; familiarity with Adobe and GSuite.

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible for analysis, project management, and performance coaching. Direct interaction with Program Managers to receive, analyze, prioritize and project manage training development and delivery requests.
• Conducts any necessary “train-the-trainer” sessions for the curriculum they have developed for other trainers.
  
• Managing projects to create effective learning solutions on time and on budget.
  
• Providing regular updates to leadership on progress and results achieved.
  
• Project manage learning and development initiatives including coordination of logistics, managing materials, and providing a critical eye to ensure content is ready
  
• Monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation following the sessions to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
  
• Deliver training sessions/workshops across a wide range of topics, both face to face and remote
  
• Observe coaching sessions and provide development feedback
