Job summary

Ubiquity Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Talent Development Analyst to provide operational support, data management, and governance for Talent Development initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Two years of college completed.
  • 2+ years of experience in admin support, reporting, analytics, HR ops, or related functions.
  • Experience handling large datasets, trackers, and reporting is preferred.
  • Experience supporting organizational programs or projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources for Talent Development initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate reports, trackers, and dashboards.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Monitor metrics and provide insights on participation, completion, and program effectiveness.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity of reporting outputs.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and automate tasks.
  • Support end-to-end administration of Talent Development programs and documentations.

About the Role:

The Talent Development Reporting and Program Professional is responsible for providing operational, reporting, and administrative support to Talent Development initiatives across the organization. This role serves as the primary resource for data management, reporting, compliance tracking, stakeholder coordination, and program administration to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of talent development programs.

What You’ll Do:
Reporting, Analytics, and Dashboard Management
  • Consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources related to Talent Development initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate reports, trackers, and dashboards.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Monitor key metrics and provide insights on participation, completion, compliance, and program effectiveness.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and reporting outputs.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes.
Program Administration and Governance
  • Support end-to-end administration of Talent Development programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain records, completion trackers, compliance reports, and program documentation.
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, documentation, and follow-ups related to Talent Development initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentation materials for leadership reviews.
Stakeholder Coordination and Communication
  • Coordinate with HR teams, business leaders, site leaders, and employees regarding Talent Development initiatives.
  • Facilitate communications related to enrollments, nominations, completion requirements, and program updates.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure completion of program requirements and stakeholder action items.
Learning and Facilitation Support
  • Support the rollout of Talent Development initiatives and programs.
  • Assist in preparing peripherals, logistics, and communication materials.
  • Support evaluation activities and collection of participant feedback.
Continuous Improvement
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and program administration.
  • Support implementation of automation and standardization initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve participant experience and stakeholder engagement.
What we're looking for
  • Completed at least two (2) years of college education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, reporting, analytics, HR operations, or related functions.
  • Experience handling large datasets, trackers, and reporting requirements is preferred.
  • Experience supporting organizational programs or projects is an advantage.
