Job summary

Ubiquity in Metro Manila is seeking a Trainer to design, deliver and evaluate training programs that boost employee knowledge and performance across onsite and remote sessions.

You will assess needs, develop content, coach learners, and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize training. 3+ years in BPO training, excellent English, and strong analytical and reporting skills are required. This role offers growth within a people‑first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Training within a BPO environment.
• Flexible to work across different shifts.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with onsite and virtual learning is a plus.
• Project management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions and workshops, including new hire and refresher programs.
• Develop and update tailored training content to fit programs and business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and measure effectiveness.
• Handle learning admin tasks such as reports, scorecards, trackers, and LMS support.
• Provide coaching and feedback to learners.
• Support additional duties as required by the business.

Job Summary

The trainer assesses, develops, delivers and evaluates training programs that enhance employee knowledge and skills. This role focuses on creating engaging learning experiences that align with both client and organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions/workshops across a wide range of topics, both face to face and remote utilizing various instructional techniques. This is inclusive but not limited to new hire, refresher, cross skilling and train the trainer sessions.
• Develops and updates training content and courses tailored fit to program and business needs.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize training needs and assess training effectiveness.
• Responsible for assigned learning admin work inclusive of but not limited to end of day class reports, new hire scorecards, program/project specific training trackers, new hire payroll, tools requests and LMS related tasks.
• Provides coaching and feedback sessions to learners
• Other duties as required by the business.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience with Training in a BPO company Experienced with end to end training (new hire, communication and culture, product, upskilling, nesting)
• Flexible with working on different shifts
• Must have excellent English communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented. Above average written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledgeable with basic Microsoft applications and tools.
• Must be a team player with time management skills
• Proficiency in reporting and analysis is an advantage.
• Experience in both onsite as well as virtual learning environments is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in project management is an advantage.
