Job summary

Ubiquity Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Trainer who embodies Head, Heart, Hustle, delivering expert service with empathy and energy. You’ll analyze training needs, develop programs, and coach participants to perform at their best.

You’ll work directly with Program Managers to prioritize requests, conduct train-the-trainer sessions, manage learning projects on time and on budget, and deliver sessions both face-to-face and remotely.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience with Training in a BPO company.
• Experience with end to end training (new hire, communication and culture, product, upskilling, nesting).
• Flexible with working on different shifts.
• Must have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs, manage training development projects and performance coaching.
• Direct interaction with Program Managers to receive, analyze, prioritize and project manage training development and delivery requests.
• Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for curriculum they have developed to other trainers.
• Manage learning projects to create effective learning solutions on time and on budget.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress and results achieved.
