Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Leadership Training Officer to drive program development, execution, and knowledge management across multiple client engagements in Bacolod. You will coordinate Train-the-Trainer events, update curriculum, and maintain thorough documentation to ensure successful handoffs to Training Operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with content teams, analysis to close training gaps, and clear communication with clients and internal managers.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in training, implementation, or a related field supporting Risk and Compliance (preferably Investigations, Fraud, KYC/IDV/CIP).
• Proven ability to navigate conversations with both clients and internal managers.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in training and curriculum design.
• Familiarity with computer-based training systems and multimedia tools such as Articulate or Movie Maker.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills; ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Solid research and instructional skills to develop clear and effective materials.
• Ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and contribute to training documentation such as storyboards and user guides.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) via surveys and assessments to identify gaps.
• Coordinate and execute Train-the-Trainer sessions and certify trainers prior to first class.
• Manage the training Masterfile and ensure data accuracy.
• Lead curriculum revamps and content updates after nesting periods.
• Track and communicate all park ed questions to clients for timely resolution.
• Provide feedback to trainers and team leads during rollout; report through supervisor.
• Send IT tool summary reports and coordinate User Access Testing with IT PMO.
• Maintain and update the program Wiki and knowledge base articles.
• Prepare and send post-training reports like TURs and PURs.
• Participate in case study discussions with Training, Operations, and Quality teams.
• Lead the program handoff to Training Operations by day 30 with potential up to day 60 support.
• Oversee up to three new programs simultaneously unless assigned to a 50+ headcount program.
• Monitor, document, and escalate red flags or risks to supervisor.

What You’ll Do:

1. Partnership Development and Coordination

Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders during program implementation.
Participate in weekly internal and client meetings from kick-off until the program is transitioned to operations.

2. Training Development and Delivery

Collaborate with the content development team to develop training content, including modules, presentations, e-learning materials, job aids, and supplemental resources.
Review and contribute to training documentation such as storyboards and user guides.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through surveys and assessments to identify process and training gaps, if applicable

3. Program Execution and Support

Coordinate and execute Train-the-Trainer sessions and facilitate trainer certification prior to initial class delivery.
Manage the training Masterfile, ensuring all data and tabs are updated accurately.
Facilitate curriculum revamp and content updates following the nesting period, if applicable

4. Program Monitoring and Communication

Track and communicate all "parked questions" to clients for timely resolution.
Provide feedback to trainers and team leaders during program rollout, routed through the officer’s supervisor.
Send IT tool summary reports for any issues encountered and coordinate User Access Testing with IT PMO and support staff.

5. Documentation and Knowledge Management

Maintain and update the program’s Wiki layout and content or other knowledge base articles.
Prepare and send post-training reports such as Training Utilization Reports (TURs) and Performance Utilization Reports (PURs).
Participate in case study discussions alongside Training, Operations, and Quality teams.

6. Program Handoff and Extended Support

Lead the program handoff process to Training Operations on the 30th day of production, with support potentially extending up to 60 days based on client needs.
Officers may support up to three new programs simultaneously, unless assigned to a dedicated program with 50+ headcount.

7. Risk Management

Monitor, document, and elevate any red flags or potential risks to the supervisor for immediate resolution.

What We’re Looking For:
