Qualifications

มีประสบการณ์ในการให้บริการลูกค้าและ/or ฝึกอบรม
สามารถสื่อสารอย่างชัดเจนทั้งภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทย
สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อระบุช่องว่างการเรียนรู้และนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขได้
สามารถติดตามความก้าวหน้าและดูแลบันทึกการฝึกอบรมได้
สามารถจัดการเวลาและงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้
สามารถฝึกอบรมแบบห้องเรียนออนไลน์และอ้างอิงได้

Responsibilities

Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training programs for new hires and existing Customer Care Representatives.
Deliver customer service, process, systems, and compliance training to support operational readiness and business objectives.
Prepare training materials, review training modules, and develop process outlines to enhance learner understanding and engagement.
Manage training completion records and update learning management systems to ensure accurate learner tracking and certification status.
