Job summary

UPS International General Services Co. in the Philippines seeks a Training Specialist to develop and deliver instructor-led and virtual training for new hires and current staff.

You will prepare materials, track completion, and ensure certification status to support operational readiness and business objectives. The role requires 2+ years in customer service/training, strong communication, coaching ability, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• College graduate or international equivalent education.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service, contact center, or related operational experience.
• Previous training facilitation, instructional delivery, coaching, or employee development experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Good and consistent attendance record.
• Ability to facilitate classroom, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and levels of the organization.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching that supports employee performance improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret reports and performance metrics.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs, processes, and priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate training records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training programs for new hires and existing Customer Care Representatives.
• Deliver customer service, process, systems, and compliance training to support operational readiness and business objectives.
• Prepare training materials, review training modules, and develop process outlines to enhance learner understanding and engagement.
• Manage training completion records and update learning management systems to ensure accurate learner tracking and certification status.
