Qualifications

• College graduate or international equivalent education.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service, contact center, or related operational experience.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify learning gaps.
• Good and consistent attendance record.
• Ability to facilitate classroom, virtual, and one-on-one sessions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training programs for new hires and existing Customer Care Representatives.
• Deliver training on customer service, processes, systems, and compliance to support operational readiness.
• Prepare training materials, review modules, and develop outlines to enhance learner understanding.
• Manage training completion records and update learning management systems for accurate tracking.
