Job summary

UPS in the Philippines is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led and virtual training for new hires and existing Customer Care Representatives. You will develop materials, review modules, and maintain records to ensure learners are certified and compliant, supporting UPS's operational readiness and business objectives.

Qualifications

• College graduate or international equivalent education.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service, contact center, or related operational experience.
• Experience in training facilitation, instructional delivery, coaching, or employee development.
• Strong oral and written communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze learning gaps and suggest solutions.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Ability to facilitate classroom, virtual, and one-on-one sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret reports and performance metrics.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training programs for new hires and existing Customer Care Representatives.
• Deliver customer service, process, systems, and compliance training to support readiness and objectives.
• Prepare training materials, review modules, and develop outlines to enhance learning.
• Manage training completion records and update LMS to ensure accurate tracking and certification status.
