Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Communication, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years in Training, Teaching, or Instructional Design.
• Excellent public speaking, presentation, and writing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
• Able to adapt to new learning platforms and systems.
• Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to travel or conduct training sessions at different branches.

Responsibilities

About the role

Cindys Bakery and Restaurant is looking for a Training Specialist who will be responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and delivering training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of our employees.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate training programs, workshops, and learning sessions for employees.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for newly hired employees.
• Assess training needs and recommend appropriate learning and development programs.
• Prepare training modules, presentations, activities, assessments, and other learning materials.
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions using appropriate teaching and facilitation techniques.
• Monitor employee participation, attendance, and completion of training programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with department heads and supervisors to identify employee training and development needs.
• Assist in improving existing training programs based on employee feedback and organizational requirements.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Communication, Business Management, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Training, Teaching, or Instructional Design.
