Sunpride Foods, Inc. is seeking a skilled and passionate Training Specialist to join our team in Pakna‑an Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a full‑time position that will play a crucial role in developing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

What you'll be doing

• Assess training needs across the organization and design tailored training programs to address skill gaps
• Develop engaging and informative training content, including presentations, workshops, and e-learning modules
• Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and skills
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and curate high-quality training materials
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs, making continuous improvements to enhance their effectiveness
• Maintain training records and documentation to support organizational learning and development initiatives
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
• Experience in Training Module Development and Design, learning facilitation
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, interpersonal and analytical
• Knowledge with editing platforms (Canva, Adobe, Capcut etc.)
• Willing to travel outside Cebu
