Job summary

CHEQ Software Testing is seeking a training specialist to assist in researching and developing training materials and courseware for IT-related topics. You will support course outlines, student workbooks, slide presentations, and exercises, under the guidance of senior trainers.

The role requires strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to facilitate and engage learners while coordinating documentation of training programs to maintain accurate records in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR Development, Education, or any four-year course.
• At least 2 years of experience in training or learning and development.
• Experience in software testing or IT-related training is a plus.
• Familiarity with online training platforms, e-learning tools, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and presentation tools.
