Job summary

Bosch Philippines is seeking a training facilitator to support onboarding and ongoing learning for contact center agents. You will run refresher sessions, manage breakout groups, and ensure learners reach certification or recertification milestones.

The role requires solid understanding of account processes, strong communication, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. You will cover for trainers, maintain performance standards, and contribute to a productive, compliant customer

• Exceptional verbal and written communication; clear, confident, and professional.
• Ability to simplify complex information, explain concepts clearly, and guide learners.
• High level of initiative, self-motivation, and accountability in all assigned responsibilities.
• Results-oriented with a strong orientation toward future growth (Advanced).
• Strong natural leadership qualities and the ability to apply leadership instruments (Proficient).
• Excellent cooperation, collaboration, and communication skills (Advanced).
• Expert-level breadth and depth of knowledge regarding account systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates assigned refresher sessions, breakout groups, and knowledge-reinforcement topics when the primary trainer is unavailable or has limited bandwidth.
• Assists with onboarding new hires, supporting nesting programs, and guiding agents through structured learning activities up to certification or recertification.
• Maintains immediate readiness to provide temporary training coverage as scheduled.
• Maintains high standards in your own agent performance (showrate, quality, productivity, compliance, and customer-experience expectations).
• Handles full phone time and production activities when there are no scheduled training, refresher, or learning-related tasks.
