Job summary

WNS in the Philippines is seeking an experienced training professional to conduct informative sessions, oversee onboarding, and uplift skills across teams. The role includes creating manuals, organizing materials, and evaluating program effectiveness while maintaining training records.

You will facilitate Train the Trainer programs and coaching for floor teams, and you must be able to work shifting schedules at our Bridgetowne, Quezon City Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college completed.
• At least 3 years of call center/BPO process training experience.
• Insurance account experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Demonstrates leadership and facilitation skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Willing to work shifting schedules.
• Willing to work at Bridgetowne, Quezon City Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct informative training sessions and improve skills of personnel.
• Promote company efficiency and train all Trainers.
• Create onboarding, orientation, and skills training materials.
• Develop and maintain training procedure manuals and guides.
• Conduct training needs analysis for BAU refreshers.
• Maintain records of training activities, attendance and assessments.
• Evaluate program effectiveness via surveys and feedback.
• Provide coaching and feedback for floor teams.
• Lead Train the Trainer programs for new and existing trainers.
