Bosch Service Solutions Inc. seeks a Training Specialist to support onboarding, refresher sessions, and learning programs for contact-center agents in the Philippines. You will cover sessions when others are unavailable and ensure high readiness and quality in training delivery.

Responsabilités

• Facilitates refresher sessions, breakout groups, and knowledge reinforcement when the trainer is unavailable.
• Supports onboarding new hires and nesting programs; guides learners through certification paths.
• Maintains readiness to provide temporary training coverage as scheduled.
• Maintains high standards in agent performance (showrate, quality, productivity, compliance, customer experience).
• Handles full phone time and production activities when no training or learning tasks are scheduled.
