Job summary

Surepay Technologies Inc. in Makati is seeking a Training Specialist with 4+ years of experience to develop, implement, and manage training programs across the organization.

The role covers onboarding, skills development, compliance, and quality management, with a focus on effective learning and documentation. You will conduct training needs analyses, design training materials, and deliver sessions while coordinating with department heads to align programs with goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• At least 4 years of experience in training and development, learning and development, or a related role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; knowledge of adult learning principles; familiarity with QMS or ISO standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage training programs for all employees covering onboarding, skills development, compliance, and quality management.
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across departments to identify competency gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.
• Design and prepare training materials, modules, presentations, and learning resources aligned with company standards and objectives.
• Facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and orientations for new hires and existing employees.
• Coordinate with department heads and the HR Officer to align training programs with operational needs and performance goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and post-training evaluation reports.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all training activities, attendance, and employee training history.
• Ensure training programs comply with applicable regulatory requirements, including DOLE, BSP, and ISO quality management standards.
• Assist in the development and updating of company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality documentation as they relate to training and competency.
• Coordinate with external training providers, resource speakers, and certification bodies as needed.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of training-related documents required for internal and external audits.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
• Attend certification trainings or schooling as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the President.
