Job summary

Intelegencia in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Training & Development leader to shape the learning strategy and mentor a team of specialists. You will design, implement, and evaluate programs across departments, ensuring engagement and measurable performance improvements.

The role requires expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and data-driven evaluation, with strong communication to influence leaders and drive results. Onsite work with shifting schedules is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in training and development, especially in BPO.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to inspire and build relationships.
• Strong leadership capabilities, fostering collaboration and trust among team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in training and development in the business process outsourcing space, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs that drive employee performance and engagement.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and inspire others, building relationships at all levels of the organization
• Strong leadership capabilities, fostering collaboration and building trust among team members.
• Proactive and results-oriented, with a commitment to achieving organizational goals.
• Focused and adaptable, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other training software

• Experience in data analysis to assess training effectiveness and impact
