Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Training and Development Officer to join our People & Business Development (Training) Team.
This is more than a training facilitator role. You will own the training function end-to-end—from identifying learning needs and designing training programs to facilitating sessions, evaluating effectiveness, and continuously improving our learning systems.
We are looking for someone who is analytical, organized, tech-savvy, and genuinely passionate about helping people learn and succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify knowledge, skills, and performance gaps.
- Gather training requirements through observations, interviews, surveys, reports, and performance data.
- Recommend appropriate learning interventions based on business needs.
Training Program Development
- Design and develop technical and soft skills training programs.
- Create learning materials, facilitator guides, participant manuals, presentations, assessments, and other instructional resources.
- Develop structured learning paths with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Research and incorporate modern learning methodologies and best practices.
Training Facilitation
- Conduct engaging classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions.
- Facilitate orientations, workshops, onboarding programs, and learning activities.
- Deliver training confidently while creating an interactive and learner-centered environment.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Develop quizzes, assessments, practical exercises, and evaluation tools.
- Measure training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
- Analyze training data and recommend improvements for future programs.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and learning documentation.
- Prepare post-training reports, summaries, and analytics for management.
- Manage and maintain the annual training calendar.
Learning Innovation
- Explore and utilize AI tools and digital technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Continuous improvement of training systems, processes, and instructional materials.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field. Education and Psychology graduates are highly preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
Proven end-to-end experience in the training cycle, including:
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Curriculum and learning material development
- Technical and soft skills facilitation
- Assessment and evaluation
- Training documentation and reporting
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using AI tools and digital technologies to improve learning and productivity.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate a high ownership mindset.
- Experience in HR is an advantage but is not required.
