Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Training and Development, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the retail, hospitality, customer service, or service-oriented industry is required.
• Experience in the photo studio, photography, imaging, or creative services industry is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for frontline employees.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies and training evaluation techniques
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training technology platforms
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Demonstrated project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measuring training ROI and programme effectiveness
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all organisational levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content creation tools

About the role

Great Image Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Training Manager to join our Human Resources . This is a full-time position based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila.

The Training Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development initiatives that enhance the capabilities of employees across Great Image Services Inc., including frontline branch personnel, supervisors, managers, and Head Office employees. The role ensures the consistent delivery of training programs that strengthen customer experience, operational excellence, sales performance, leadership capability, and employee engagement while supporting the Company's strategic objectives.

Working closely with Operations, Human Resources, and business leaders, the Training Manager identifies competency gaps, develops effective learning solutions, and fosters a culture of continuous learning, performance improvement, and organizational growth.
