• Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; relates well with people of different levels.
• Willing to travel within and outside Metro Manila for long periods.
• Willing to work full time on-site in Quezon City.

• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements to enhance their impact.
• Maintain detailed training records and provide regular reports on the progress and outcomes of training initiatives.
