Job summary

Balibago Waterworks System, Incorporated is seeking a seasoned Training and Development Manager to design and oversee organization-wide learning initiatives that align with our objectives. You will establish training needs based on projected changes such as operation processes updates, new system roll-outs, and other factors, and supervise trainers in delivering programs that address skills gaps.

Strong facilitation, interpersonal skills, and English/Filipino communication are essential;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Psychology, HRM, Business, Education, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years in Training & Development or related field; 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience administering a learning management system (LMS).

• Implements organizational development programs aligned with the company’s objectives
• Establishes training needs based on projected changes in the company such as operation processes updates, new system roll-out, and other factors
• Assists and supervises company trainers in the development and conduct of technical and personal development training which addresses the skills gap of existing employees identified through training needs assessment

SKILL AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Management, Education, or any related field
• Possesses and promotes a growth mindset.
• With impressive facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• With at least 5 years of relevant experience in Training and Development, Learning and Development, Human Resources, or related field, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Knowledge and experience in administering a learning management system (LMS)
• Must have a solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must be willing to travel all over the Philippines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
