We are looking for a Learning Specialist/Trainer to be part of our team.
He/She is responsible for delivering effective training programs to new hires and existing employees to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to provide high-quality customer service. This role involves developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs.
He/She plays a key role in maintaining and improving performance and productivity within the organization.
He/She shall perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for current employees.
Utilize various training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
Facilitate classroom-style, virtual, and on-the-job training. Curriculum Development
Develop, update, and improve training materials, manuals, and modules to keep content current and engaging.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to help them improve their performance.
Identify training gaps and provide recommendations for additional training or support.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in training and development.
Propose and implement improvements to training programs based on feedback and performance data.
Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and trainee performance.
Prepare and present reports on training activities and outcomes to management.
Minimum of 3 year of experience in training, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment.
Experience in developing training materials and delivering training sessions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Proficiency in using training software and tools, including LMS (Learning Management System).
Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
Comfortable with technology like MS office applications and internet browsing.
Must be able to work at8th Floor Zeta Tower Bridgetowne, C-5 Quezon City.
