Job summary

Great Image Services Corporation in Quezon City is seeking an experienced Training Manager to join our Human Resources team. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Training and Development, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the retail, hospitality, customer service, or service-oriented industry is required.
• Experience in the photo studio, photography, imaging, or creative services industry is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for frontline employees.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies and training evaluation techniques
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training technology platforms
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Demonstrated project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on measuring training ROI and programme effectiveness
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all organisational levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content creation tools
