Equally, you will act as a key collaborative partner during new client implementations - working closely with stakeholders to tailor and execute operational training that ensures successful onboarding and launch readiness.

Equally, you will act as a key collaborative partner during new client implementations - working closely with stakeholders to tailor and execute operational training that ensures successful onboarding and launch readiness.

Main Activities And Responsibilities

Training Operations and Delivery

• Design and deliver high-quality, engaging, and effective instructor-led, virtual and self-paced learning sessions that develop the capabilities of our workforce across various sites and operations, from frontline agents to leaders
• Train and certify existing Trainers to facilitate ad-hoc development classes and specialized skills programs
• Support comprehensive training for new client implementations, ensuring operational teams are fully equipped and aligned with client-specific requirements.
• Track training attendance, prepare training completion, and stakeholder feedback
• Execute general training operational duties, including scheduling sessions, managing training logistics, and provisioning learner access to systems.

Strategic Analysis and Development

• Conduct formal Training Needs Analysis to identify gaps before developing content.
• Review, update, and enhance existing training materials and methodologies to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with industry best practices and business needs.
• Work closely with Managers in Operations, HR, and other stakeholders to understand training needs, identify performance gaps, and tailor training solutions accordingly.
• Contribute to post-training evaluations to assess the transfer of knowledge and measure the effectiveness of learning sessions in meeting defined learning objectives
• Provide ongoing support to the Leadership Excellence Program by assessing post-training progress to identify and recommend targeted skills development initiatives
• Collaborate with the client or design team to develop, review, update, and enhance existing training materials and methodologies to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with industry best practices and business needs

Qualifications

• Good presentation and articulate communication capabilities, adept at maintaining engagement with varied trainee cohort
• Comprehensive grasp of adult learning theory, curriculum design frameworks, and delivery tactics
• Advanced proficiency in utilizing G-Suite productivity tools and integrating AI-related tools to streamline training workflows and content creation
• Amenable to work mainly in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City (occasional travel to other sites may be required)
