Job summary

Savory Fastfood Inc. in Quezon City, Metro Manila, seeks a Training Officer to design, deliver and evaluate training programs across the organisation.

You will develop materials, coordinate with external providers, and support onboarding while staying updated with best practices in learning and development. Required: Diploma or Bachelor's in HR/Education, 2–3 years in training in F&B or hospitality, and proficiency with LMS, MS Office, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Training & Development or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in training and development, preferably F&B or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training delivery.
• Proficient in LMS and training software; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programmes for different departments.
• Deliver engaging sessions, workshops and seminars.
• Assess training needs via interviews, surveys and consultations.
• Evaluate effectiveness with feedback, assessments and metrics.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
• Coordinate with external training providers when needed.
• Develop training materials: presentations, manuals, guides, content.
• Support onboarding with induction training.
• Stay current with industry best practices and new methods.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify skills gaps and develop initiatives.
