Job summary

Our Clients is seeking an experienced Front of the House (FOH) Training Manager to lead the development and execution of training programs that enhance service excellence, guest experience, and operational consistency across restaurant operations in Mandaluyong.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in casual dining FOH operations, at least 5 years in restaurant training, and a passion for developing high-performing teams through classroom and on-the-job coaching.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in restaurant training (FOH).
Experience with casual dining groups and front-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and improve FOH training programs including service standards and guest experience.
Lead onboarding, classroom training, and on-the-job coaching for managers and FOH staff.
Ensure consistent service excellence and operational procedures across branches.
Conduct store visits, audits, and performance assessments to identify gaps.
Collaborate with Operations and HR to align learning strategies with business goals.
Design training materials, manuals, and competency assessment tools.
