Our Clients in Mandaluyong City is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to oversee training programs for restaurant operations, customer service, and leadership development across multiple locations. The role focuses on developing employees, ensuring operational standards, and partnering with Operations and HR to drive growth.

A background in HRM or Hospitality, with 5+ years in restaurant training, is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of HRM, Hospitality Management, or related course.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in restaurant training.
• Experience in casual dining or multi-unit restaurant operations.
• Expertise in FOH operations, service quality, and employee development.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end restaurant learning and development initiatives.
• Develop training roadmaps for FOH employees and restaurant leaders.
• Conduct leadership workshops and coaching sessions.
• Create training materials, SOPs, and operational guides.
• Measure training effectiveness through KPIs and operational performance.
• Partner with Operations and HR to support organizational growth.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards.
• Identify succession and talent development opportunities.
