Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Training and Engagement Specialist to design, implement, and manage learning initiatives aligned with business goals. You will lead onboarding, develop modules, and drive engagement activities to foster a positive culture.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective training delivery and measurable impact on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains learning databases and reports as inputs to sustainability reports, operational and management reports.
• Develops and updates training modules and learning materials based on employee development needs, business requirements, and store operations.
• Conducts company orientation and facilitates training programs to enhance employees' knowledge, skills, and competencies.
• Coordinates and implements employee engagement activities, company events, and wellness initiatives that promote employee participation and a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinates with internal stakeholders, external training providers, and suppliers, and monitors the implementation and effectiveness of training and engagement programs.
