1. Training Program Development

   • Develop and implement training programs based on the company's operational needs and employee development requirements.

   • Prepare training materials, presentations, modules, and other learning resources.

   • Review and update training programs to ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

2. Training Facilitation

   • Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for newly hired employees.

   • Facilitate training sessions on customer service, service excellence, product knowledge, food safety, and restaurant operations.

   • Conduct training for Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) employees, as needed.

   • Coordinate with department heads and branch managers to ensure effective delivery of training programs.

3. Employee Development

   • Identify employees’ training needs and recommend appropriate development programs.

   • Support the development of employees’ technical, supervisory, and leadership skills.

   • Assist in preparing career development and succession planning initiatives.

4. Training Evaluation and Monitoring

   • Monitor employee performance and assess the effectiveness of training programs.

   • Conduct post-training evaluations, assessments, and feedback sessions.

   • Recommend refresher training and additional coaching based on identified performance gaps.

   • Monitor the application of learned skills in actual restaurant operations.

5. Coordination and Administration

   • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, assessments, and employee development activities.

   • Prepare training schedules, reports, and documentation.

   • Coordinate with branch managers, department heads, and other concerned personnel regarding training requirements.

   • Ensure that training activities are conducted according to the approved schedule and company standards.

6. Compliance and Continuous Improvement

   • Ensure employees are informed of relevant company policies, procedures, and service standards.

   • Assist in implementing initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.

   • Recommend improvements to existing training programs based on employee feedback and operational observations.
