Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a training and development role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs that drive measurable improvements in employee performance.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in the use of learning management systems, e-learning platforms and other training technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate tailored training initiatives to address the evolving skill gaps within our organisation.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align learning objectives with business goals.
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, facilitator guides and participant workbooks.
