Job summary

International Marketing Group in Makati is seeking a Training Assistant to provide administrative support to trainers and the training head in delivering tasks such as seminars, project launches, and marketing activities.

The role may also involve acting as a graphic artist for department needs; it requires organization, creativity, and the ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays, with strong English and Filipino communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or any related course
• Good communication skills in Filipino and English
• Familiar with computer software - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Confident, presentable and able to mingle with people from diverse backgrounds
• Willing to work long hours, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Train new sales associates for basic products
• Train active sales associates for advanced training
• Prepare, reproduce, collate and distribute training materials
• Monitor and ensure completeness and availability of training materials
• Assist the trainer in confirming attendance of participants
• Keep files of all department activities
• Maintain a library of training modules and programs
• Prepare requisition for and liquidation of the budget for seminars/events
• Design invitations, tarpaulins, posters, flyers, certificates and templates for sales/marketing activities
