You will drive learning initiatives and collaborate with Sales Leaders to enhance performance. Responsibilities include conducting Train-the-Trainer sessions, applying Training Needs Analysis, and ensuring trainees are well-prepared to support

Lead, coach, and mentor the Training Team to ensure high-quality delivery.
Design, plan, and implement Training Needs Analysis to identify gaps.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor the Training Team to ensure consistent delivery of training programs.
Design, plan, and implement Training Needs Analysis to identify developmental opportunities and performance gaps.
Develop and execute classroom curricula and Nesting Programs aligned with goals.
Contribute to Sales Operations objectives by ensuring qualified trainees.
Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and monitor trainer effectiveness.
Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify performance gaps and provide training support.
Drive continuous learning initiatives to enhance product knowledge and performance.
