Job summary

International Marketing Group (IMG) Insurance Brokers Corp. is seeking a Training Assistant to provide administrative support to trainers and the training head, delivering basic and advanced seminars, launching projects, and assisting with marketing activities.

You will also handle graphic art tasks, design invitations and materials, maintain training modules, and coordinate with suppliers and attendees to ensure smooth program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or any related course.
• Good communication skills in Filipino and English.
• Familiar with computer software - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Confident, presentable and able to mingle with people of different backgrounds and profiles.
• Willing to work long hours, weekends and holidays.
• Organized, hardworking, team player and creative.

Responsibilities

• Train new sales associates for basic products, active sales associates for advanced training, and other topics including licensing training.
• Prepare, reproduce, collate and distribute training materials for attendees.
• Monitor and ensure completeness and availability of training materials.
• Assist the trainer in confirming the attendance of qualified participants in programs or events.
• Keep files of all department activities.
• Act as a custodian of all modules, programs and other services offered by the department and make these available to the sales organization.
• Maintain a library of all training modules and programs including videos and photographs of events.
• Maintain an active contact of suppliers for various artistic needs of the department.
• Prepare requisition for and liquidation of the budget for seminars, events or similar activities.
• Design invitations, tarpaulins, posters, flyers, certificates and presentation templates for various sales and marketing activities.
