Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Trainer to join our team in Mandaluyong, Philippines. The ideal candidate will assist in developing training materials, conducting sessions, and supporting the overall training process to help participants achieve their learning goals.

Location: Mandaluyong, Philippines

Work Mode: Work From Office

What You'll Do:

• Assist in designing and delivering engaging training programs
• Support trainers in preparing instructional materials, presentations, and resources
• Facilitate group activities and discussions to enhance learning and participation
• Evaluate participant progress through assessments, coaching, and feedback
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, reports, and participant attendance
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve training content and delivery methods
• Assist Training Managers in conducting training sessions and workshops
• Update and maintain training materials using company training tools and platforms
• Communicate training schedules, updates, and reminders to participants
• Help identify learning gaps and recommend improvements to training programs

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a training, teaching, or educational role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for helping others learn, develop, and grow
• Familiarity with basic Adult Learning Principles and training methodologies
• Experience or familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Basic knowledge of training tools, learning platforms, or presentation software is a plus
• Ability to facilitate discussions and support group learning activities
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
