The Learning and OD (Organization Development) Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the Learning and OD team. This role focuses on coordinating training schedules, preparing learning logistics, managing training records, maintaining databases, and assisting in the rollout of employee engagement and culture-building initiatives. The Assistant serves as a primary point of contact for training room management, documentation, and the smooth execution of day-to-day HR development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate schedules, reserve training rooms, prepare equipment, and print learning handouts or materials needed for onboarding and workshops.
- Database & Records Management: Maintain accurate employee training logs, update learning trackers daily, and archive performance evaluation submissions.
- Onboarding & Program Support: Assist in sending invites to participants, tracking attendance, and distributing evaluation forms or surveys after training sessions.
- OD & Engagement Assistance: Support the logistics and coordination of corporate engagement activities, team-building events, and culture-building initiatives.
- Reporting & Compliance: Compile post-training feedback scores, generate basic learning attendance metrics, and organize compliance documentation for the department.
Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of training coordination, event logistics, spreadsheet management (Excel), data entry, and file archiving methods.
- Behavioral Competencies: Exceptionally organized, detailed-oriented, resourceful, with good communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting team tasks.
- Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in training, recruitment, or general HR operations are welcome to apply.
