Transcom Manila is seeking an L&D Content Developer in Manila, Philippines. You will design and develop instructor-led and interactive online courses with multimedia content and gamified elements, working closely with other content developers to create high-quality training materials that promote knowledge retention and successful job transfer.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology or related field.
Minimum 2 years designing learning materials, preferably in a BPO setting.
Proficiency with MS Office 2007+ and eLearning tools.
Experience with Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Design instructor-led and online courses with multimedia content.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
Develop facilitator guides, participant guides, and tests; plan evaluations.
Storyboard learning prototypes and publish SCORM/non-SCORM courses.

L&D Content Developer – Manila, Philippines

Location: Philippines, Pasig Ayala 30th

Job Summary

The L&D Content Developer will design and develop instructor‑led and interactive online courses with multimedia content and gamified elements, working closely with other content developers to create high‑quality, engaging training materials that promote knowledge retention and successful job transfer.

Responsibilities

Determine and recommend the most appropriate training strategy and media for each program.
Conduct project scoping and training needs analysis to identify gaps in knowledge, skill or attitude.
Write business, performance and learning objectives.
Design instructor‑led and online training programs, including content outlines and instructional methodologies.
Research and synthesize information from various sources.
Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
Develop facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, PowerPoint presentations and other materials for instructor‑led courses.
Create objective tests and skill tests.
Plan and execute training evaluation methods to measure knowledge transfer.
Participate in review sessions with the Content Development Manager and client to incorporate feedback.
Conduct train‑the‑trainer sessions and facilitate training as needed.
Develop highly interactive, gamified eLearning courses for desktop and mobile that meet design standards.
Storyboard eLearning prototypes and design look‑and‑feel, user interface and learner interactions.
Create animations, navigation schemes and multimedia content.
Conduct user‑acceptability tests and publish courses using SCORM and non‑SCORM standards.
Support facilitation of L&D programs and workshops.
Perform administrative tasks such as productivity trackers, reports and project status updates.
Attend management meetings for organizational updates and training.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology or related field.
At least 2 years of experience designing and developing learning materials, preferably in a BPO setting.
Proficiency in MS Office 2007 or later.
Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
Working knowledge of an LMS preferred.
Knowledge of image manipulation and audio‑video editing preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong portfolio of published work.
Familiarity with current trends and research in learning and development and instructional design.
Adaptability, attention to detail, openness to feedback and ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness to work long hours and commit to delivery time.
Desire to be part of a fast‑paced, results‑oriented culture.
