Job summary

RC Low Human Resource Consultancy OPC is seeking a Process Trainer to join our Retirement Services team in Pasay. The role focuses on delivering new hire training, refreshers, and creating materials to ensure employees meet business objectives.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a Process Trainer role and experience in Retirement Services. You must be onsite and capable of coaching and evaluating trainee performance while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Qualifications
