Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Process Trainer.
• 2+ years of experience in Retirement Services.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Ability to assess training effectiveness and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Willing to work onsite.
