Responsibilities:
Training Delivery: Conduct new-hire training (nesting), refresher training, and process updates.
Content Development: Create, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and quizzes based on evolving processes.
Performance Evaluation: Monitor trainee performance, provide feedback, and report on training effectiveness (KPIs) to operations.
Quality Assurance: Participate in calibrations and audits to ensure training aligns with quality standards.
Mentorship: Guide employees through processes to ensure accuracy and reduce errors (e.g., in BPO or technical roles).
