Job summary

• Experience supporting sales, retail, or customer service programs.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to create engaging training materials and activities.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Amenable to work onsite at Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City.
• Amenable to work a predominantly day shift schedule.
• Amenable to start on September 25, 2026

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Trainer to join our newly launched Australian retail account. As part of a new account, this role offers the opportunity to help build training programs and processes from the ground up. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and startup-like environment.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
